With a chewy exterior, open and light interior, and a moderately tangy flavor, this round sourdough loaf is sure to please.

Whole Wheat — $10.00

This loaf of sourdough is made with only locally-grown organic Farmer Ground whole wheat flour. Hearty and full of flavor, the bran and germ are kept for maximum nutrition.

Whole Wheat Seeded — $10.00

The Holy Grail! This loaf has the same base as the whole wheat sourdough, but it’s packed with flax, sesame, pumpkin, and sunflower seeds. A meal in its own right, or the perfect choice for a hearty sandwich.

Gluten Friendly — $6.50

A naturally-leavened, whole-grain, gluten-free bread. Made with oat flour, brown rice flour, psyllium husk, flax seed, and potato starch. No gums, sweeteners, or other additives.

This rich loaf of brioche is incredibly soft and light. Lightly spiced with cardamom, it makes a fantastic french toast.

Babka Loaf — $12.00/$15.00

This loaf is made from a soft, rich brioche, lightly spiced with cardamom, and braided into a tantalizing swirl of decadent chocolate or cinnamon.

For an additional charge, specialty flavors can be pre-ordered. Options include a house-made hazelnut-cocoa spread, cream cheese & raisin, or lemon & pistachio.
